is something wrong - 11.04.2007, 11:31 PM

well my maxx is due to run its first run near the end of the week the motor last item is coming in then. i got the batts today, two 6400 true rcs toped them off with a charge, decided to program my quark so plugged in batteries with controller off to my quark (2 in a series with tower connector) and as soon as i plugged the batts in my quark made a puff sound and puffed a puff of smoke. so i plug in the other battery and try to program it. i went through the process of programing it and it light up only red at first but twards the end i got the whole rainbow of colors, but i did not hear the beep it said in the Manuel, but i did not watch the beeps to see if they where the pattern insisted in the Manuel, also i realized i had the ESC plugged into the wrong slot on the receiver and moved it after it puffed, i was running a Rx pack with a cut red wire on the ESC and spektrum. i will have more info tomorrow. just thought i would see what you guys thought.
