Can Someone Help Identify this Brushless Mystery Motor? -

I just picked this up from Ebay. At $15 bucks with free shipping, I couldn't resist.
It is a Mystery, even he didn't know what it is. I don't recognize it. It is a good flexible size that should fit a number of vehicles. He says it is 45mm long, 39mm in diameter and has a 20mm long shaft. Appears to be a 5mm shaft. Hmmmmmmmm........
