overheating!!!motor

im running my maxx on 4 cell neuenergy,mmm and a 6xl motor 2770kv
gearing 20/68 and my motor get warm really quick(188f*)my esc is 90f and my pack are 98f....i try a 16t pinion and same thing....lowing down my esc settup and the best that i reach is 167f
my maxx is 9.8lbs rtr!!!!w.t.f!!!
im tired of cheap motorim looking for a neu1512(3200kv)it is a good motor for a 10 pound maxx???
