problem cogging with neu and xcelorin

please post after you change settings, as I want to learn from you! I believe lowering accel. will make it cog worse, but I think higher timing will help, and I've never heard of the wind making a difference but I know every 4 pole setup I've seen had atleast med. timing, the schulze 18.97 comes set to high timing to match the 4 pole big maxximum
