they got my R1 pro in last monday for repair, no call, or email that they got it. so I call them on tuesday Ty says "that its going to be checked by the techs today or tomarow" no problem with that. no emails or calls (he said he would) so I call back on friday, "it needs to be replaced because it can't be fixed." I opted to get a referbished RS pro instaiid of a new/referb R1. my specifc instructions were to ship it express mail, because priority is taking longer than usual due to the holidays. "it should go out on monday" I call back on tuesday, "it will be shipped tonight" wed "it will ship out on thursday" friday "I don't know if it shiped, sherri isn't in and she takes care of shipping"
BTW, Express mail is a gurantyed 2 day shipping.
Its now saturday at 6pm, no esc, no clue if it is even in the mail and I miss my race tonight
