Yeah. I guess a lot of people have been asking Traxxas if the .4 difference between 14.4v and 14.8v was too much for the ESC. Initially, a Traxxas support employee told one person that 2s in series was fine to do, but some of the Traxxas engineers got on the boards and told the people that that information had been incorrect.

The only real test will be actually running the thing for oneself once they come out. I agree that 50mph might be a bit much for casual basher's in that scale. Hell, it's too much for some basher's in the Revos full size version, lol.

I'm going to personally shoot for longer run times. So a parallel hook up will be the most beneficial, with 3s giving the best of both worlds.

As far as wheels go, a lot of people are thinking proline 2.2 wheels and tires are the way to go for racing like on the Jammin CRT.5
