Are the MMM v3's reliable . . or not? - 05.21.2009, 01:32 AM

Hi Guys,

I'm about to buy the ESC & motor for my 8ight-T conversion, and I want a general opinion if the MMM v3 ESC's have the problems sorted out, or if I should steer clear of them. I'm in Australia so I can't afford the downtime & postage associated with ESC's burning out.

Does the Castle rep on this forum care to make a general comment to put everyone's mind at rest??

I'm somewhat concerned with this post but my minds still not made up as the SideWinder in my Rustler VXL has been flawless:

If I roll with a 5s1p, and low KV motor (1600-2000) and don't overgear am I still likey to have a MMM crap out on me.

thanks
