tooo much power???

my setup is

RX,8 no punch controll, 20/100 on the timeing
T8 2250 truggy motor
16t pinion
47t spur
supra sales tires
Vislero 5000 20c 4s v2 battery

after a 10min street bash
esc was at 4leds (150*ish??)
motor was 160*ish
batts were 130*
wires were 120*
deans were 140*

my problem is, is that the battry got all squwishy and looks to be slightly puffed

the wierd thing is, is that it wasn't that fast, wile it could do rolling wheelies, it toped out at 40ish


I think I exceeded the 40c burst...






EDIT: a run with my 3000 4s 20c turnigy resulted in more punch and top end
