Rockers definitions, long and progressive. help - 12.07.2009, 04:16 PM

I have a custom build 1/5 that I want to switch to horizontal shocks using rockers like the revo. I think I need Progressive and not the long travel for my on road .

Is there an expert on ROCKERS ?
WHat Rocker options are there and for what use ?
Obviously long rockers are for long travel suspension

thank you
last PIC is mine
