G4 chassis help please.

When I went to put the body on after installing my G4 chassis. The body posts seemed a little far apart and it was a really really snug fit. This tension caused me to lose a ton of body pins and eventually tore the body around the holes on the rear. The holes were slightly too far apart. So I ordered a new body.

So, I just ordered some new shocks to put on it and was inspecting to see if I could figure out why the body mounts seemed to be about one body hole too far apart. I think I may have bent the chassis!!!

The rear of the chassis seems to slope downward slightly. Is this the way they are designed? It seems like if the chassis was going to bend, it would bend the other way. Here are the pics, someone please help!
