Because using a SC8 or RC8 based r/c in a 1/10 class the cars will have WAY more power then the true 1/10's and there for have an advantage.

Where as a smaller car will not be able to fit the same amount of power in it....the 3.4 will not make half of the power that a good modded .21 or .28 will make.

and if you try to stuff a big motor in this car it will just slid all over the place and be at more of a disadvantage
