Wide knuckle for the XL?

I am not particularly happy with the extended axle + spacer since it puts alot of stress on the bearings. Especially if you run 50mph on a pair of unbalanced terra pins

So I started thinking of alternatives...

The custom arms + dogbones is one way to go, but it seems rather expensive. Not to mention that I cant see Alu arms as an improvement...

The other option would be a set of "wide knuckles". The stess on the bearings would be much less since thay would sit further appart (the spacing would be between the bearings instead of outside the outer bearing). The more I think about it the better the idea seems... but does the part exist? Ive tried to google a bit but cant really find anything :(
