Manneīs Erbe bash build - 02.21.2011, 08:27 AM

Well I think itīs about time that I post my revo build here at rc-monster to so all of you that donīt hang out in the traxxas forum also can se the beuty

I wonīt post everything here just some teaser pics, If you want to see the whole process look at:

http://traxxas.com/forums/showthread...project./page1

In november 2009 I bought a used ( but nearly brand new) brushed E-revo with a novak 4.5 system in it and I have since then transformed it to a bash truck.

There has been many steps and fails trough the whole process and I think I have tried ALL the bolt on drivetrain solutions available with all the different ways of shimming diffs and making the driveshafts hold up.

And I have spent many many hours of making custom stuff and making them fit the truck, and now the work have payed off and Iīm very pleased with the truck.

The truck has custom made battery mounts, first I made them overkill durable out of pure steel, but then I redid it and used som plastic parts instead to get it lighter.

It has a complete 1/8 "mistercrash inspired" drivetrain.

And ofcourse it has all the regular houps as rpm arms, alu parts here and there and all the other stuff that is needed. There is a small list of parts that will be bought soon enough to complete it, it contains:

*Rpm knuckles with steel rings for the front ( the stockers split in half..)
*The mount that the servosaver sits on in alu.
*Aluminium rockers.
*1/8 23mm hubs instead of my drilled ones.
*Titanium hingepins.
*And a fullskid like this:
