Building an brusshless Hpi baja 5B

I'm about to bulid me one brushless baja.
I've been looking at the cc conversion kit, but I don't think it gives enough power.
So I've been thinking about the Phoenix Ice HV 160 on 12 s lipos, can this be used in cars with mechanical breaks?
But with motor shold I get? I whant more than than the neu 2028 can give, how wood i do with a neu 2220 1.5/Y and 12s lipos.
I'd like to outrun the other gas powered bajas i whant them al, OBR ESP or CC, 27.2 29 or 30,5 i whant them to feel the brushless power
