Help needed with pics, Motor Neu

Hi guys need a bit of help, doing a brushless baja, bought the motor, had a look at another baja build, and it seems is shaft length is short my one? and the other one seems longer does Neu make diiferent size ones, as when I ordered it I am sure there was no longer onbe available
