Yeah, the calc has a built-in limit of 99mA. This is to prevent people from thinking "well, I'll just dump more current to make my LED brighter" which would quickly destroy their LEDs (or reduce their life drastically) and then they'd blame me . TBH, even 99mA is quite high for the typical LED used for R/C lights, which usually have values in the 25mA range.

But, at the bottom of the page ("Other Useful LED Information"), the formulas that the calc uses are listed. Just pick the right one for your application.
