Mm settings for outrunners ?

I have been testing ab axi 2212/34 outrunner in myv1/16 summit with a mm esc! At speed it works great but from a standstill it coggs and sometimes start the motor in the oposite direction !

My settings on the mm are :

Firmware 1,39
Timeing high
Start upp power high
No punshcontrol

The truck is geared 16/55t and i use stock mini summit tires and a 3s lipo.

If i stop the truck upphill it will not be able to continue forward when i apply trottle it just rolls down the hill :( but if the truck moves before the hill the motor has plenty of torq to climb!
