Trick440, looks nice, great start.. here are some pictures of three different places I mounted the ESC. Also, what motor mount are you using? Does it utilize the stock nitro motor mount? I originally used the mount without the stock nitro mount and I encountered some flex between the motor and chassis. I am currently using the long rear plate to mount the ESC, because it reinforces the rear body mount. But I really like the small plate, because of the access it allows to the rear shocks. I will probably use a separate brace (to the chassis) for the rear body mount and use the small plate for the ESC with an addition cross brace to keep it from moving around (rotating around the post).

Here is the ESC mounted up front.

I added a small post to the chassis to mount my ESC in the rear. Also notice I am using the stock nitro motor mount under my brushless motor mount, this setup is very strong. I had to mill the nitro mount flat for it to work.

At first I used a small rear plate, which allowed good access to the shocks. But it didn't hold the ESC in place, after some laps around the track, I noticed it had moved around slightly, since it only has one point of attachment to the chassis.

Then I went with a full lenght plate which also reinforced the rear body mount. The issue is access to the rear shocks is limited.

Early rear mount.

Since my original motor mount didn't have a rear support I added a few extra holes to use more screws to secure the motor to the mount.
