Really, the only upgrade needed for brushless in the RC18 family are the factory team aluminum dogbones or CVD's. Also, be sure your diffs are shimmed well and you should be good for quite a few packs before anything needs an overhaul.
I'd also recommend you try and get a Mamba 25 ESC for it. The MM ESC is not only large, but also heavy (~2.5oz) for an 18th scaler. |
