Still Digging!!
Sorry to read about your luck with a suitable site Daf, There is always someone ready to spoil the fun. Have you tried any industrial sites (noise is less of an issue) Good luck
anyways back on topic
I have a TXT with my old stock Titans and EVX , It is running on 12 cells with 9tooth pinions.....Its still too fast. I have tried running on 6 cells with a link across one batt input, but it seems to lack the torque it had before.
Will wiring the motors in series keep the speed the same as on 6 cells but with better tourque??
many thanks
steve

Hey Steve, I don't know about the torque you'd get, but I guess it'd be better than with 6 cells. If you find out, please report back!

Sorry for the late reply.

Yeah, we're still looking around, and found a guy with a suitable field, next to an industrial area. Best of all, he's a real car wrencher, and was fascinated by our cars. He is basically supporting the idea, but we'll have to discuss the financial aspect and all. Please wish us luck. If this attempt fails, I'll call it a day and will try to get rid of all my cars. Stuff is just to expensive to just bash around, and bashing lost the adrenaline for me anyway. It's either having a track real close or quitting all together. I'll keep on painting though, no matter what.

You can call me all names you want, but it won't help me find a site for a track. And where is the fun when you can't race??

I agree. Racing is a big part of it for me. Without it bashing gets boring.
