I do actually like that idea- put a small ducted fan on one end of the empty can and turn it into a mini wind tunnel. That should keep the esc cool.:028:

You guy have been great, you've definitely got me shopping for a single motor/controller combo....so far I'm looking at these...

neu/quark - $600?
novak 4.5 - $250?
