You would cook that motor in no time, not to mention blow out every drivetrain part as soon as you hit the throttle.... crazy stupid wicked dumb fast...:036:

As well as the batteries, you MUST use the same brand, preferably make, and age/condition, capacity cells

It depends on your drivetrain. I run 6s Lipo on a 7XL just fine but I have the best drivetrain you can get - I can't imagine anything else being durable enough.

keep with the 14 cell

i've mixed batteries before and it just doesn't work well,, plus for some reason 3 batteries hooked up does act rather wierd, or it did for me :032:

as for the drivetrain on a stock maxx it wouldn't last 10 secs :027:
