bottom line its how much you want to spend, the higher voltage systems are the more effecient so you get the longer run time and speed and there is not alot of heat build up, the batteries either nimh or lipos, lipos are the better but can be expensive, the feigao motors are good but there are better, then you got to beef up that driveline

with the right combination the nitro trucks look like they are standing still, i'm sure some one will chime in on the setup you need

well I run the following:
quark 125b w/ feigo 7xl
4s 8000 Lipos

other will say to use the neu 1515 1.5y ....I think that is correct......but either one is good
