I cant really help you with that charger. I dont know anything about it. Maybee someone who does will chime in here.

As for balancing, Its my understanding that its best to balance at a somewhat dicharged voltage level rather than a full charge. Something about it being more accurate, but I wouldnt think it would matter that much. I certainly dont this you will hurt anything to let it continue to balance after the full charge.

I balanced them before i put them on the charger. I also balance charge them, & they change a little. So i've read somewere you should balance them again after there done & before use . True or false ?.
