I don't get the big competition between buggies from different companies. Weight and setup options aside, it's the driver that makes the difference. It's just a matter of taking any buggy, making it light, easy to work on, durable, and offer lots of suspension adjustment options. Or am I way off base here?

Brian the the big deal is because which ever because of buggy wins, is the one that every new guy will buy, because it will be advertised as the WORLD CHAMPION.
