I don't see any reason not - they are just wires...they are attached to your motor, but are otherwise just wires...

Yes, but this wire seem to have solder on it i suppose because they are very hard to bend.
So i'll bend it and if i don't have any longer wire, i'll solder bullet conector on it, this will gie me an extra 1/2 inch.
I'll don't want to use connector between controller and motor, prefer to direct solder, but if the wires is not long enough, i'll don't have the choice.
