Does the shaft come out in all out runners? This cheep ebay one also looks like it has a bushing for the shaft on the mount side, is this normal?

I have found a few that the shaft doesn't come out of, such as certain models of the Century Brand Outrunners. It's a press fit PITA.

That's not a bushing that you're seeing, it's a spacer. This motor does have bearings. I've never found an outrunner that didn't have bearings.

They chose to go with a spacer and a snap ring instead of a lock ring collar.
