An 8xl is a good motor, and proven to work well. I assume you will use a mm?

Not paying attention, too much tequila!

Not much testing has been done on the hybid motors so far. If you want to blaze some trails buy one and tell us how it works!

If not buy an 8xl.

That is up to you. Given the case length at 54mm it may be too short to make the torque and handle the load of the emaxx. What speeds were you looking to get?
