The spur is a Mod1.

The Traxxas nitro rear wheels are the same offset as the electric front wheels. They have a wider offset than the electric rear wheels. So, for a wider track width, use the electric fronts or nitro rears. Also, if you really want something that looks sharp, check into the new Pro-Line 30 Series Torque NItro Rears and a set of 30 series Dirt Hawgs. The Dirt Hawgs are only 4" in diameter and would look killer on a CRT.5

Are the nitro rears and electric fronts both hex adapters?

The 30 series stuff does look good, but I'm not a fan of dirt hawgs. I find they only work good on asphault.

Yes, they both use 12mm hexes. The only Traxxas wheels that don't use hexes are Nitro Fronts.

They make Bowties in 30 series that are about the same height..3.89" You can even buy them premounted now: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXUHV4&P=7

Wow, those premounted 30 series bowties look sweet. A little spendy at $32 for a pair. To bad my local track is pretty much a Losi Taper Pin and Panther Switch type clay. I could see getting a set for the back yard track. Nice loose black dirt.

Nice tires. I assume they work on a 12mm hex?

Absolutely. The 30 Series Torque rear wheels would be what you want.

Does anyone know the inner diameter of these ofna 17mm adpaters? They look close. 1/8 scale buggy wheels might be fun for bashing, but they might be so tall that the chassis won't slap on hard landings. In that case you might break more parts. Chassis slap saves things like shock shafts and hubs on awkward landings.

But chassis slap ruins electronics and is not good on Lipo's. IMO
