I'm assuming that the pixstix thingy goes between the throttle channel and the speed control?

Yup, it alters the signal that the receiver produces to match what an air system makes. That tricks the esc to work correctly.

I talked to the Fine Design guys and I asked what him about my setup which was a CC phoenix 125 and a 7xl feriago motor.. he didn't recommend using unless i wanted to stick with 3s. I don't know much about this eletric stuff, it all confuses me so I am going to stick with his conversion..
He said there motors were special wrapped for them if I remember right.. |
