I suppose you may want to get the 10XL then?

Either the 10 or the 9XL will give you the speed you want with stock gearing. The 12XL will perform even better, though ( less heating, ampdraw, more runtime and higher effeciency).

Will that 12xl on 6s be as fast as the stock nitro truck?

alot of guys are running 8xl's on 4s with the lst, will the 12xl on 6s be as fast as that?

Stock gearing with that LST will still be faster than the stock Nitro.. :)
you'll be guaranteed that you'll get the 30Krpms from the 12XL...
8Xl on 4S will get you the same kind of RPMS as 12Xl on 6S....

Would running a 12XL on 6S give you longer run times and stay just as cool?
