double wires are standard on mgm car controllers. when I was ordering my esc I asked for single wires as they are thick enough to handle the current
I've order two 16018 last winter and they came with single wires. Maybe it's new feature from the newer batch who exit this spring.
If it's standard, it from last few week/month.
guys, i heard this from my friend who own a hobby shop ...well, he told me something like this...say after you got up to top speed and when you want to slow down, you can't just slow down or give break to slow down, he told me that i've to kind of tap the grip several time to slow down, and this really confuse mehow do you guys slow down when using the mgm 16018??? thanks,sam

Mine slows down like most normal speed controls. It will coast in netural or brake when you hit the brakes. It will go into reverse after it stops.
