actually, the tire is unbalanced. i guess the white dot thing didnt work as planned. i think the tire is heavier on one side because when i just have this tire installed, and i lift my truck with my hand and give it throttle, the truck would shake more than usual. but when i take that bad tire/wheel off and have just replace it with another tire/wheel, the shaking would be ALOT less. take note, i only have the front two tire/wheel installed.
why in the world would it do this, foam shifted like you said brian? if i boiled them , would that mess up my foams?man, maybe cus of the duct tape i put inside the tires...i might have done it bad or sumthing ..

Duct tape balls up - reason its not recommended. Use 3M strapping tape and degrease the inside of the tire before you apply the tape. You have one wheel where the tape has balled up or come loose and bunched up with the liner. The others will prob follow suite before it over. Duct tape can make a mess inside of a tire!
