thanx for the link it looks like the 1105/2y would be a good direct replacement for my Hyperion have you tried any of the 1100 series Neus?

I have not used any of them myself, but rschoi_75 has. I run a Permax BL480/3D in my Mini Quake...it's more then enough power for me. It's 30 x 50mm and ~4200kv.
