You could try getting that spray adhesive and after you tape the tires spray some in there then spray some on the foams and put the foams in. This will definitely hold the foams in place and will not add any weight. I am thinking maybe the foams move because they will slide on tape and plastic rims but not on bare rubber so this may be the problem.

With Heli blades there is two different things to balance. 1 is the weight of the blade and 2 is where the weight is compared to the short axis of the blade. I think maybe they are called Static and Dynamic balance?? IMO with tires and wheels the balance weight should be as close to the depth of the hex hole in wheel as possible.

sounds right, but not the case in my case. it was unbalanced right after i glued them already. the 3 perfect tires after runs and runs is still balanced so i dont think the foams shift inside. the one bad unbalanced tire maybe the foam just shifted slightly as i was applying glue was what happened.

bruce750, i just took a look at my wheels with the metal hex inside the rim, and it is heavier on one side. its heavier on the side with the spokes...which is the outside. but how am i gonna even out the wieght. i can shift the foam more towards the outside, but then it would just be not centered inside the tire then, and i could do the same withthe taping but same outcome...
