Well it depends where you measure to. I just went and measured mine and I came up with 165mm (6.5") if you measure from the end of the pack to in between the balance and charge plugs. But if I measure from the end of the pack to the end of the shrink wrap around the charge plug leads I get 177mm (7").

So if you were using a low tray so that the balance and charge leads could just hang over the end of the tray, I would say 165mm and then use a velcro strap down the length of the pack in between the 2 plugs.

I have not been able to run this pack yet because of a faulty charger I recieved so I cannot give you any performance data on it yet. Oh and I have the 4s 4800 Zippy-R.

Thanks, that's the exact answer I was looking for.
It sounds like they are the exact dimensions of my TP packs. I am also going to be getting the 4s 4800mah. :)
Thanks again.

The Zippy-Rs are stated to be 45mm wide...
Are they really 50mm?

So, you measured till the blue stripe, right? That was 165mm? But can you say me the length of the pack from the end to that black cell? ( Look picture )

Ty in advance!

I'm fairly sure that he meant that the red stripe was 165mm long, and to the blue stripe it was 177mm long.

From the end of the pack to where you can see that black stuff in between the two leads, I measured 165mm. But from the end of the pack to where you have your blue line drawn, I measured 177mm.
