Ive killed 2 stock center driveshafts w/ my 4s tc3. They flex in teh middle then centrifugal force flings them out, shattering receiver cases on the way.

I tried a 5700 on 4s with similar results to what you described. If thats what you call reliable, then sure its reliable. IMO if it cant survive a full battery it isnt reliable. My 4600 can run for a whole battery while geared for over 100 without heat issues. Ive only managed to do that a couple times because crashes at those speeds are pretty spectacular (and expensive). Thats with no fans or extra heatsinks, I guess the airflow is pretty good at those speeds.
