PS I'm not sure that anodising is that good of an idea as will mess with the tolerances on the diff... Difficult to only do the outside...

anodising is not like painting, it will not change the tolerances at all, infact it will protect the aluminum from oxidazation as well as material striping caused by exposure to the bonding agents is the diff grease and thouse two will change the tolerance

as of afew years ago they did do anodising
