to take motor apart,draw a diagram for shim placement.
mark shaft for magnet placement,pull apart,use a heavy grit sandpaper to scuff up the shaft where magnet sits.Use acetone and a q-tip to clean inside of magnet,and use green locktite i believe he said 968 locktite,btu definately said green to glue the shaft and magnet back together.

I have motor apart and the shaft was smooth where the magnet was,I have scuffed it up and will be going to get some green locktite shortly
