Twin VXL is the better choice. I run the V-Twin but it is uncontrollably fast. It would perform better on the track on 2s packs. The 10L isn't a great choice, but neither is the Velineon. The 10L won't get 40mph on 3s. The 10L likely won't get 40mph period in an E-Maxx. I would need video GPS proof to believe it. Here is my V-Twin on 3s LiPos.




The answer is no. And yes, mine is faster.

Make the emaxx 2wd and the 10l will do it! I ran a 2wd emaxx with a 380 6l on 3s lipo and it would do 40mph... 4wd may be another story, but a 2wd maxx is fun!

I ran a single VXL in 2wd when I broke the front diff. It was miserably hard to control. Its fun to power slide but terrible to try and drive.
