Ok, I do not have the align style tap for 4s. I can put a hyperion tap on there, and I may have a thunderpower tap, but not sure...

that was the problem i was having, i didnt want to over heat the cell trying to tin that tab

I got it eventually, I think the glue that holds the foil on the tab was causing the issue. I got it eventually...
