I concur, you are looking to fry something at that point.

any gearing that will bring lipos up to 150 is way to high.

I don't think it is the link, when my v1 died it did just that, heated up the castle link. that link still works fine to program my mamba25

Did you pop the case and make sure the fan wires didn't get shorted together? It's worth checking to see.

You should just have to pull the label off and depress the tabs on the sides for it to pop apart.

I with the rest, I think this one is the fault of the "ahem" user and not the MMM.

I am glad I am not a speed freak, it keeps me out of trouble.

Bustitup,

The title of this thread is somewhat misleading based on what took place. I'mean sure, the MMM "bit the dust". But most who chimed in (myself included) think that your set-up was bit extreme.

I like to push the limit on some things, knowing the results could sometimes mean complete failure. Heck, I've been told that I have this weird sadistic laugh when one of my "experiments" goes awry. Still, I'm the first to admit fault when doing so amidst the carnage.

I'm with you.

This is definitely a case of operator error.

The title of this thread should read "I Killed My MMMv3"
