TCS is an up-charge function only, not discharge. If you have an older Duo without Store Mode, then you can certainly use TCS to get your packs _UP_ to 60%.
My FlightPower packs say to store them at 3.4 per cell, which is lower than the Duo puts them at roughly 3.8, so I'd say anything between 3.4 and 3.8 would be fine. My Videos: http://vimeo.com/user2236105/videos |
