Have you brought this up with your therapist, or maybe talked about it in group therapy with your AA group? It might help to have a professional or equals anylize the problem. Just a thought.

Nah, I'm used to it. It's been happening for most of my life. My friends and family don't seem to have a problem with it, but I still get the occasional awkward stare when I go out in public. I usually try to wear a turtleneck shirt because it hides it for the most part.
