Well the internet speed definatley makes a huge difference in your times.. I built the same cart that would give me 15/15 in around 38 seconds at home with verizon DSL(~765kbps down), and at work (T1 connection, buku speed) and I was able to get 14 seconds, which is the slowest 100% efficiency time

I'm not sure its the internet speed but the computer speed. My computer is slow and my internet is pretty fast. I just checked it and it's 3.12mbps.

I will second that, we had our power go out for an hour last night and I was still able to play the game without an internet connection. I am using an Acer laptop and it's not the quickest unit around
