'Fraid not, 15V is a little too low for 5S with modern cells. 16V will cut at 3.2V per cell, which is just right. :) You won't get any more noticeable runtime from a lower cutoff, and you risk damaging the cells.
Edit: Just noticed that Lincpimp got in there before me lol. The man speaks truth!
