Hmm... Is the problem memory space or size on a computer? What are you currently doing to upload the pictures?

You mean resize them? Any graphics program will work. PhotoShop (expensive), Paint Shop Pro (my personal favorite and ~$90), and Gimp (free).

Any app that comes with Windows won't be the best. A 3rd party software will most likely be tons better. From what I remember, Gimp works well, but there is a learning curve to using the program.

If you just need a few pics resized and compressed for a smaller file size, you can email them to me and I can help you out. Just tell me the dimensions and the max file size you want (the larger the file, the better they look). PM me if interested.

if you upload 'em to photobucket or other image site, they normally have options for resizing them. Also, the easiest application I have found for resizing and other editing is the free Kodak EasyShare Software found here http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQueri...requestid=3082
and Picasa 3 found here http://picasa.google.com although I have not personally tried Picassa

If you're running XP, you can use the Image Resizer application from Microsoft. It's free, works like a champ, and you can do them in batches directly from Windows Explorer.

This one works great for Vista and it's free as well.
