Yeah you can see the plastic bulging a bit. The worst thing I have seen happen to a lipo was a hard case orion 4800 that was accidentally charged on a nimh setting . The cases separated without being damaged and the pack ended up being about 4 inches tall. Was noticed just in time, so no smoke or fire.

Yeah you could use them as an airbag suspension on your truck. It would be a bit too slow to hop with, though.
