Just some velcro from Lowe's/Home Depot/Menards. This to be exact: http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?actio...340&lpage=none

It has the hooks on one side and the "fuzz" on the other. I just countersink some 3mm screws from the inside of the tray, drill a hole through the velcro, singe the hole edge with a lighter to keep from possibly fraying, and then stick that over the screw along with a washer (to spread out the clamping force) and a lock nut. Pretty simple and works well; I've used that in almost all my setups.

If that won't work, I'm sure it's nothing that a little imagination can't overcome.
