5mm - inside diameter
16mm - outside diameter
5mm - thickness
I know this for sure as I have replaced my castle-neus bearings. The front and rear are the same size.

Ah ok, perfect. I wonder what are the best bearings I could put in the Tork motor when it comes time to do so?
